2 factories for 220 kv and 664 kv electrical panels assembly on an area of 1755 square meters and of 16 and 10 square meter high. warehouses are  6m high and extend on an area of 2300 squre meters in addition to an administrative building. Over the warehouses are 2 floors built on around 1750 square meters for each floor. the total surface area of the factory and warehouses is around 6400 square meters. in addition , there are car lanes, internal corridors and fences. The administrative building facade is made of faire face concrete.
