Etasco was established in 1985 as a general contracting firm specializing in the execution of integrated civil engineering projects. Since its inception, the company has successfully completed numerous projects—both for its own portfolio and for other clients—spanning diverse sectors such as industry, administration, and specialized infrastructure (including electrical transformer substations, manufacturing plants, and residential and tourism developments). Etasco also operates as a real estate developer, undertaking the creation, management, and marketing of residential investment projects; the company has delivered over one hundred such projects. With some projects valued at up to one billion pounds, all have been completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards. The company is currently registered with the Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building Contractors under the “First Class” category for integrated works. Etasco is managed by a team of experts across various disciplines, led by General Manager Engineer Hassan Metwally Hassan, who possesses over 38 years of experience in construction management and real estate investment.
